Rules:
  1. Helmets are compulsory. We recommend Snelll or ANSI Z90/4 compliant helmets.
  2. Cyclist must obey all traffic rules and officials and STOP if so instructed.
  3. Environmentally Friendly Funrides: Cyclist may not litter on the funride trail.
  4. Cyclist MUST keep left and may not receive refreshments whilst on the move.
  5. An adult participant must accompany children under 10.
  6. No seconding or following vehicles permitted.
  7. Tri-athlete and time-trail bars are prohibited.
  8. Cyclists take part in all PPA funrides strictly subject to PPA standard rules and regulations available from the PPA office on request.
  9. Cyclists participate in PPA funrides entirely at their own risk and waive all claims against the PPA, its organisers and ANY other party or person. Cyclists who are minors must have this form signed by their parent/guardian who thereby indemnifies the organisers in certain circumstances as set out in the PPA standard rules.
Waiver:

Participants undertake to participate entirely at their own risk and agree that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the organising body, any individual organiser or official, marshal, assistant, helper or agent, the sponsors, any landowner or their employees or any local authority or their employees, in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which a participant may suffer, arising from any injury to person or loss or damage to property as a result of, or arising out of, whether directly or indirectly, participation in any event, including that persons arrival thereat and departure there from and attendance at any ceremony or function thereof, howsoever such loss or damage may arise and regardless of whether or not same shall have been caused directly or indirectly, by negligence, albeit gross, of one or more or all of the aforementioned parties. Participants who are minors must have their application to enter the event countersigned by their parent or guardian who, by that persons signature thereto likewise indemnifies all of the aforementioned parties to the extent, if any, to which such minor is not capable of waiving his / her rights as stipulated above by reason of minority. I have read the waiver and agree to abide by all rules.
